If we give children the tools of mindfulness from a young age, then as they age they will be able to understand themselves better. Yoga gives access to stress relief from their days at school, interacting with others and challenging situations that may come up in their day to day life, just like adults they also need time to process their emotions and thoughts. Children who have access to the practice of yoga, can understand quicker in life, the tools necessary for easing anxiety.
